Founder & CEO
Eng. Amany Dowidar
A female engineer who built ARKRETE from the ground up in an industry where women are rare. Her approach is direct: solve the hard problems first, never cut corners, and deliver on time because finishing is the last trade — if you delay, the building doesn't open.
With 24 years of industry experience, she's built a team of 40 people who execute under the toughest conditions. That's not a slogan — it's what clients actually say about them on site.
